We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return most new, unused, and unworn items for a full refund or exchange. Items mustbe in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

To process a return, please provide:

A video of the unboxing clearly showing the issue

Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.  

In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, you may choose a refund or a replacement (if in stock).

In case of a size issue, products are eligible for a one-time exchange only.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through MAROHA and is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for customers, vendors, and our platform.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
    Orders can be cancelled by the customer before the item has been shipped. To cancel, log in to your account and select the “Cancel Order” option from the order details page.
  • Approval and Refund:
    Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation via email. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Vendor-Specific Policies:
    Some vendors may have specific cancellation rules. Please refer to the product page or vendor profile for additional cancellation terms.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return request after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

  • In rare cases, the vendor or our platform may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.
  • A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Partial Order Cancellations

  • If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may cancel individual items before they are shipped.
  • The refunds if applicable will be processed for the cancelled item(s) only.

5. Platform & Vendor Rights

  • We and our vendors reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to suspicious activity, payment issues, or violation of our policies.
